Order Shipping
Your order will be shipped from our warehouses within 72 hours (1 to 3 days) after your purchase.
Changes and cancellations
You have a period of 12 hours after placing your order to request a modification, including the shipping address. Please carefully check your information when placing your order.
Any order may be cancelled within 12 hours after confirmation. After this period, your order will be processing and can no longer be cancelled. Contact us quickly if you are still within the time limit.
In the event of cancellation, a fee of 3% of the total amount (shipping included) will be applied to cover our transaction costs, with a minimum of $39.99 MXN.
