• When will I receive my order?

Receipt and preparation of your order takes about 48 business hours, then product delivery as well as (free) shipping takes our team 6 to 14 business days.

The tracking code is available the day after the order is placed, sent to the email used when ordering.

Please use it to track your parcel.

We do everything we can to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, while guaranteeing an exceptional quality of service (product inspection before packaging, etc...).

Standard shipping is free for orders over €40.

If the delay seems too long to you, contact us and we will be happy to reassure you about the progress of your order.

• I don't live in France, do you ship internationally?

We ship our products worldwide, although of course it may take a little longer than to France.

Delivery to Belgium and Switzerland takes about 9 to 14 business days.

Destinations outside the EU may incur charges.

• I would like to return items, what is the procedure?

Our items undergo very strict quality checks before every shipment. However, if your products show any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) by clicking here همراه with your order number. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

Returns are free in the event of a confirmed defect in the product (broken, torn product, etc.).
