When will I receive my order?

Receiving and preparing your order takes about 48 business hours, then the delivery of the products as well as the (free) shipping takes our team 6 to 14 business days.

The tracking code is available the day after the order, sent to the email used when placing the order.

We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, while guaranteeing exceptionally high-quality service (product inspection before packaging, etc...).

Standard shipping is free for orders over €40.

If the delay seems too long, contact us, we will be happy to reassure you about the progress of your order.

I don't live in France, do you ship internationally?

We ship our products worldwide, although of course this may take a little longer than to France.

Delivery to Belgium and Switzerland takes about 9 to 14 business days.

Destinations outside the EU may incur charges.

I would like to return items, what is the procedure?

Our items undergo very strict quality checks before every shipment. However, if your products show any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the item in question (in the original packaging if possible) by clicking here همراه with your order number. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Returns are free in the event of a confirmed product defect (broken product, torn, etc.).
A so-called "comfort" return (for example, trousers bought too small, item you don't like) is at your expense. The procedure will be sent to you by email*.
